Casterton & Coleraine
Coleraine (population 1,600) and Casterton (population 2,500) are situated in Victoria's Western District only twenty minutes apart, and four hours from Melbourne. The towns are centrally located in the GGT region, with access to the Coonawarra wine growing region of South Australia and the Grampians in Victoria.
Casterton is known as the birthplace of the Australian Kelpie Dog and each June celebrates the Kelpie Muster. Each April, Coleraine participates in the Southern Grampians Promenade of Sacred Music.
The towns have daily public transport connecting them to major centres.
